For recruiters
Hiring has tools. The work still needs connected context.
Aco's Employment separates individual recruiter workflows from company-level hiring needs.
Recruiters often carry role requirements, candidate notes, screening criteria and follow-ups across postings, inboxes, spreadsheets and other systems. The intended value of ACOSYSTEM on the recruiter side is Work Intelligence: helping keep the context of the hiring work organised so that people can make better-informed decisions.
Independent recruiters
For freelance recruiters, independent consultants and solo sourcers who manage their own mandates and candidate pipeline without needing a company profile.
- Organise role requirements and candidate activity
- Use supported screening summaries and pipeline workflows
- Keep recruiter decisions and follow-up responsibility with the human recruiter
Companies and hiring teams
For employers, HR departments and talent acquisition teams hiring for their own organisation, as well as recruitment agencies and staffing firms coordinating hiring for clients. These are company accounts because work may involve an organisation, multiple roles or team processes.
- Employer HR teams coordinate in-house vacancies
- Recruitment agencies manage client mandates and candidate submissions
- Staffing firms may coordinate multiple recruiters and active roles
Human decisions remain central
AI-generated scores or summaries should support review, not make hiring decisions. Availability of team seats, shared pipelines and advanced automation must be confirmed for the current release.
A recruiter workflow to evaluate
For one live mandate, define the essential requirements, distinguish must-haves from preferences, record the evidence expected from candidates and agree who owns each follow-up. During the product walkthrough, confirm which of these steps the current account can organise, whether candidate data can be shared with the intended people, and how corrections or overrides are handled. A score or summary should never replace a structured review of job-related evidence or a human decision.
