Employer HR and talent acquisition
Coordinate in-house vacancies, job requirements, screening steps and candidate progress. The value proposition is a more connected view of hiring work, while final evaluation and hiring decisions remain with the organisation.
Recruitment agencies and staffing firms
Coordinate client mandates, candidate submissions and multiple open roles. Agency management features such as team-level access, commission reporting or per-seat billing must be confirmed in the current release before they are marketed as available.
Work Intelligence, not autonomous hiring
Aco's Employment is built around supporting hiring context and workflow. AI can assist with scores or summaries where enabled, but those outputs should be reviewed by people and must not automatically determine hiring decisions.

Questions for an organisation pilot
Before a pilot, agree who can create vacancies, view candidate information, record screening notes and change hiring stages. Define whether your organisation is hiring for itself or managing client mandates, and identify any separation required between clients or departments. Ask for a walkthrough of permissions, auditability, data export and removal, and confirm which integrations and automation are enabled in the current release. Do not move confidential candidate data until access and handling have been checked.
