Prepare a mandate before onboarding
Have the client brief, role requirements, location and work arrangement, expected compensation range, screening criteria, candidate consent process and feedback owner ready. Use these details to assess whether the current workflow captures the information your independent practice needs. Keep client and candidate information within authorised channels, and confirm data access and retention before importing sensitive records.
Review the workflow every week
A useful review can compare open mandates, candidates awaiting client feedback, interview stages, response delays and the next action assigned to each role. Track only information your practice is authorised to retain, and distinguish a client delay from a sourcing or screening problem. During a product walkthrough, verify whether these views can be recorded directly in ACOSYSTEM today or whether a separate tracker is still required. This prevents a tool evaluation from being based on assumptions about features that may not yet be enabled.
