Aco's Employment

One employment product. Different career and hiring needs.

The employment-focused entry point into ACOSYSTEM — built around connected context, guidance and practical workflows.

Career tools are useful, but they often work separately. Aco's Employment brings the seeker, recruiter and institution journeys under one product while keeping their needs distinct. Supporting tools such as resume analysis, job matching, interview preparation and application tracking help with individual tasks; they are not the whole promise.

For job seekers

Build a clearer view of your experience, goals, target roles and next steps. Aco's Helper is intended to guide the journey using the career context available in the product, while the user remains in control of decisions.

For recruiters and hiring teams

Keep role requirements, candidate screening and recruitment progress organised around the work being done. Work Intelligence is the recruiter-side proposition: guidance and context for hiring work, not an automated replacement for human hiring decisions.

For institutions and placement cells

The institution experience is being developed around student employability visibility and placement coordination. During beta, request a walkthrough to confirm which roster, progress and reporting views are currently enabled.

What to expect during beta

Aco's Employment is invite-only. Public descriptions may include workflows whose availability depends on the current release. We will not promise a job, a hire or an outcome from using the product.

How to evaluate whether it fits

Start by identifying the work you currently repeat across separate tools: deciding which roles to pursue, preparing for a target role, tracking applications, or coordinating candidate follow-ups. During a walkthrough, ask which of those steps are supported in your account today, what information is retained, which integrations are active and which actions still require your approval. Evaluate the product on the continuity and usefulness of the workflow rather than the number of AI features listed.
