Aco's Helper
Not just an answer. Guidance grounded in your career context.
Aco's Helper is the guiding layer within Aco's Employment. In the product interface, it is currently labelled “Aco's”.
A generic AI answer may not know your experience, ambitions, constraints or what you have already tried. Aco's Helper is intended to help you work through career questions using the relevant information and product context available to it. Its usefulness depends on what you share and what the current product release can access.
What you can explore
- Career choices and role options worth investigating
- Skills and evidence relevant to a target role
- Questions to ask about market demand and job descriptions
- Possible next steps for preparation and job-search activity
How context should be treated
Do not assume every conversation is automatically remembered forever or that the assistant learns a perfect model of you. Cross-session recall and personalisation depend on implementation. Use the Privacy Policy and in-product controls to understand how conversation history is stored and managed.
Your career, your choice
Aco's Helper supports reasoning; it does not make career decisions for you. Verify consequential advice, compare multiple options and use your judgement before changing jobs, buying a course or making another important decision.
Access
Aco's Employment is invite-only during beta. Request access to see the assistant and its currently available capabilities.
Questions worth asking the Helper
Ask it to compare two role options against your stated priorities, identify which assumptions are unsupported, suggest evidence to gather from job descriptions, or turn a broad goal into a small set of testable next steps. Ask what information it used and where uncertainty remains. If the answer relies on current hiring demand, salary levels or employer policies, verify those claims with current sources rather than assuming the assistant has live market data.
