How ACOSYSTEM describes its collection, use, retention and sharing of information.
The full Privacy Policy governs. ACOSYSTEM uses AI for resume, interview, career guidance and matching features, and AI can make mistakes. Re-check AI outputs before relying on them or sharing them with an employer. Relevant CV, interview or career content may be processed by the provider selected in the active server configuration. The current provider, model, region, retention, logging and contractual handling terms must be verified by an authorised owner; do not assume every supported provider receives each request or that a specific provider-side term applies without evidence.
Information, purpose and recipients
The full policy describes account and profile details, career content, community content, institution roster data, usage/security records, relevant service providers, possible international processing, retention and user request routes.
AI mistakes and human review
AI may misread facts, invent details, omit context or reproduce bias. Review CV rewrites, scores, summaries and recommendations. AI hiring outputs are decision support, not proof of ability or a final hiring decision; recruiters must meaningfully review evidence.
Requests and grievances
Contact support@acosystem.in for access, correction, deletion where applicable, or an AI-assessment concern. The phased DPDP framework must be implemented according to its actual commencement dates; ACOSYSTEM does not claim every future provision is already in force.
