Submit a formal grievance

A traceable route for platform, privacy, content, hiring-AI, recruiter, institution and billing complaints.

Use the formal grievance form to report a platform or content issue, privacy request, impersonation, recruiter misuse, institution roster concern, AI-supported hiring assessment or billing dispute. The form issues a reference code and records a response target.

Acknowledgement and category-specific timelines

We aim to acknowledge ordinary platform grievances within 24 hours and target resolution within 7 days. Current IT Rules amendments can impose category- and trigger-specific timelines, including 2 hours for certain covered intimate imagery, nudity, sexual-content or impersonation complaints, 36 hours for specified removal requests, and 3 hours after the applicable trigger for qualifying court orders or authorised government intimations. These are not universal deadlines for every complaint; include the content URL and choose the closest category.

Protect your information

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, full resumes, payment-card data, identity documents or intimate media. Provide only information needed to investigate and use a relevant page URL where possible.
