Trust & AI

AI-supported hiring and candidate fairness

Public guidance for job seekers, recruiters, companies and institutions using ACOSYSTEM employment workflows.

ACOSYSTEM uses AI, and AI can make mistakes. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or fabricate details. Recruiters remain responsible for employment decisions and must meaningfully review the underlying evidence.

Job-related criteria and human review

Do not use protected characteristics, sensitive traits or obvious proxies as scoring criteria. AI scores must not be the sole basis for an adverse hiring decision. A score is not proof of competence, honesty, character or misconduct.

Candidate correction and challenge

If profile information is inaccurate or an AI-supported assessment misrepresents experience, submit a formal grievance with the role or page URL and the factual correction requested. Do not submit a full CV unless needed.

Limitations and data handling

Review AI-generated CVs, summaries, interview feedback and recommendations before relying on or sharing them. Relevant career content may be processed by the provider selected in the active server configuration. Current provider, model, region, retention, logging and contractual terms must be verified by an authorised owner; see the Privacy Policy.
