Trust and transparency
Career context needs clear boundaries and user control.
What the product says, what users should verify and where the limits are.
Career and hiring information can be personal and consequential. ACOSYSTEM should explain what data is used, what an assistant can access, which features are active and where a human must make the final decision.
Privacy and data handling
The published Privacy Policy describes categories of information, retention, processors and user requests. Review that policy for the current details; some processors may operate outside India even though the policy identifies the primary database location as Mumbai.
AI assistance is not a decision-maker
AI-generated summaries, scores and suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Recruiters remain responsible for hiring decisions, and people should review guidance before making consequential career choices.
Memory and context
A conversation history being stored is not the same as proving that the assistant remembers every conversation or gets more accurate with each interaction. Claims about cross-session context should match the current implementation and user controls.
Beta status and promises
ACOSYSTEM is invite-only while in beta. Some product screens and workflows need verification. The company does not guarantee a job, interview, placement, salary or hire.
Before relying on AI guidance
Check the information you provide, review the reasoning and verify time-sensitive claims with current sources. Do not enter confidential employer, client or candidate information unless the relevant permissions and product handling terms have been reviewed. For recruiters, keep screening tied to job-related evidence and maintain human oversight. For institutions, use only authorised student data and make the purpose of reporting clear. Contact the company through its published channels if you need clarification about a capability, privacy request or correction.
