ACOSYSTEM is designed around a connected career journey. The supporting tools help with specific tasks, while Aco's Employment is the employment-focused product that brings seeker, recruiter and institution experiences together.
1. Describe the situation
For job seekers, this can include experience, skills, interests, goals and target roles. Recruiters define the role and hiring context; institutions discuss the student and placement information they are authorised to manage.
2. Explore guidance and supporting tools
Use Aco's Helper for relevant questions, and use available features such as resume feedback, job matching, interview practice or application tracking when they fit the task. What the assistant can recall or retrieve depends on the current implementation.
3. Review, choose and act
Guidance is input, not an automatic answer. Users make career decisions, recruiters make hiring decisions, and institutions must use data with appropriate permission. Some workflows require an invitation or a beta walkthrough.
